VISITING OUR COMMUNITY:

Our community is open and we can’t wait to show you your new apartment home! Due to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) and in compliance with suggested CDC health and safety guidelines our offices are not open to walk-in traffic; doors will be locked. This allows us to participate in social distancing and control the number of persons in our office at any given time. Our offices are staffed and email and phone communication is welcomed. 

Warren House is a courtyard community that offers spacious one bedroom, one bathroom apartment homes ideally located just north of downtown with quick access to I-10 and I-35 and surrounded by plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Enjoy our community clubhouse that provides a kitchen and laundry facility at your conveince along with plenty of other amenities ready for you to experience what home feels like!
